Terms of Use

HotWord Puzzle is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the app, and any subscription purchased inside the app, are governed by Apple's standard terms for App Store apps.

Unless a separate written agreement applies, your use of HotWord Puzzle is covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"):

The App Store and its media services are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions:

Subscriptions are optional. Pricing, billing, renewal and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings, and Restore Purchases is available inside the app.

HotWord Puzzle, the flame logo and associated content are protected by intellectual-property laws. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to the limitations set out in the Standard EULA above and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
