How do I restore a purchase?
Open HotWord Puzzle, select Upgrade and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose HotWord Puzzle and follow the cancellation options.
Does deleting the app cancel the subscription?
No. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. You need to cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Why is my archive locked?
Confirm that your subscription is active, then use Restore Purchases from the Upgrade page. Your device must be signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Can I reset my puzzle history?
If a reset option is available in the app, you can use it to clear your local puzzle history. Otherwise, deleting and reinstalling the app will remove locally stored gameplay data from your device.
How do I report a problem?

- HotWord app version.
